One of My Benefits of Twitter
It seems like many years ago, but it was less than (5) that I fist wandered into the flock of whales better known as the Twittersphere. Without many users from Hawaii on Twitter, I was fortunately forced to build my network with users from around the world.
One day when I logged in, I received a message from a very energetic person known to the world as @christinelu. She had informed me that she'd be moving to Hawaii in a few months and had some questions. Being the person I am, of course I answered.
Her planned move a few years ago didn't happen, but with (6) roundtrips to Hawaii in the past 12-months, it's obvious the islands are calling her.
Hawaii is adding to its community, a new resident, returning even (Christine's Grandmother and Aunties have lived in the Ala Moana area for decades), my friend, business associate and harmonious disruptor, Christine Lu, new CEO of Affinity Ventures.

Life has always had a way of getting me to where I want to be -- but only when I'm ready to appreciate where I'm going by accepting where I had to go first in order to get there.
I know that doesn't make sense. But neither do a lot of things when we first come across it for the first time. :)
Those of you who know me can say that you're not surprised. This move back to Hawaii is 5 years in the making.
...and with that, there's some good people downstairs who've taken the time out to share an amazing week with me.
I'll explain more later. In the meantime. Get ready to rethink everything. :)
