Today, as our entire country honors our veterans, I'd like to honor my Uncle Sgt. Sisifo Faleafine who died in combat during the Vietnam War.
Faleafine Place in the Pa Honua subdivision on the Kaneohe Marine Corp Base was named in his honor. Take a moment today to honor our veterans and service men and women.
